Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení optimálních finančních plánů pro modelové fyzické osoby pomocí vhodné skladby finančních portfolií, a to na základě zvolených parametrů obou domácností a provedení finančních analýz. Cílem literární rešerše je charakteristika jednotlivých finančních instrumentů, které jsou při sestavování finančních plánů využívány. Teoretická část je dělena do dvou celků, kde v prvním jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy v problematice osobního finančního plánování a finančního trhu a ve druhém jsou charakterizovány dostupné finanční instrumenty. Praktická část se zabývá nejprve popisem modelových domácností, jejich finančních situací a současných finančních produktů a na základě těchto informací jsou k dosažení vytyčených cílů následně sestavena optimalizovaná portfolia finančních produktů. První domácnost tvoří manželé, kterým je třicet let a mají ročního syna. Jejich příjmy vychází z průměrů za rok 2015 a výdaje z metodiky Statistiky rodinných účtů. Hlavním prvkem plánu je v tomto případě pořízení vlastního bydlení prostřednictvím hypotečního úvěru. Druhou domácnost tvoří jednotlivec, kterému je čtyřicet let, je rozvedený a má dvě děti. Hlavním tématem je zde tvorba dlouhodobých rezerv, tedy zhodnocování volných prostředků pomocí vhodné skladby investičního portfolia. The aim of the diploma thesis is to build the optimal financial plans for model individuals using appropriate mix of financial portfolios, based on selected parameters and financial analysis. The objective of the literature recherche is a characteristic of the financial instruments that are used in financial planning. The theoretical part is divided into two units. The first defines key concepts in the issues of personal financial planning and financial markets and in the second are characterized available financial instruments. The practical part at first describes the model households and their current financial situations and products. Based on that information is to achieve its goals then build an optimized financial portfolios of financial products. The first household consists of husband and wife, who are thirty years old and have a year-old son. Their income is based on averages for the year 2015 and expenditures on the methodology of the Czech Statistical Office. The main element in this plan is to purchase their own house through a mortgage loan. The second household consists of a single person who is forty years old, is divorced and has two children. The main theme is the creation of long-term reserves, therefore appreciation of free funds through the appropriate mix of the investment portfolio.
