Práce hledá hlavní faktory ovlivňující místní stranické systémy v okrese Strakonice, zkoumá místní míru politické participace, politické plurality, počty volebních stran a úroveň zapojení nestraníků v lokálním politickém procesu. Jejím sekundárním cílem je odhalit, do jaké míry se na lokální úrovni projevily změny politických preferencí, k nimž došlo na národní úrovni v roce 2010. V roce 2010 došlo ke změně politického vývoje, tradiční nejsilnější strany byly odsunuty novými a došlo i ke změnám v postojích občanů k politickým stranám. Tato změna volebních preferencí se nejvíce promítla na národní úrovni, v Parlamentu, kde zcela změnila rozložení politických sil. Práce objevila podobnou změnu i na lokální úrovni, ukázala, že hlavním faktorem ovlivňujícím místní stranické systémy je počet obyvatel obce. Podle počtu obyvatel se mění místní stranické systémy i reakce obcí na změny v parlamentní politice. The work searches for the main factors influencing local party systems in the District of Strakonice, it examines the rate of the political participation, the rate of the political plurality, the number of election parties and the ratio of the independents. Its secondary goal is exploring election change impacts from the year 2010. The political process was changed in 2010, the traditionally strongest parties were displaced by the new ones and the voters attitude to the political parties was changed too. The election change impacts influenced mainly the national politics, in the Parliament, where it changed the arrangement of the political powers. The work founded a similar change in the local level, it showed, that the main factor influencing the local party systems is the number of town inhabitants. According to the number of inhabitants it changes the local party systems and town reactions on the changes in the parliament politics.
