Zemědělci hospodařící v režimu ekologického zemědělství jsou podle platné legislativy povinni použít přednostně certifikovaný ekologický rozmnožovací materiál. Vzhledem k nulové nabídce těchto produktů předkládá bakalářská práce zhodnocení možností produkce sadbových brambor (Solanum tuberosum L.) v ekologickém režimu hospodaření. Nejčastějším důvodem neuznání sadby bývá její zdravotní stav, který je ovlivňován během celého procesu produkce. Hlavním problémem je v množitelských porostech výskyt virových onemocnění, která jsou nejčastěji přenášena mšicemi (Aphidoidea). Doporučením pro úspěšné množení hlíz je komplex preventivních opatření provázející celý jeho proces od rajonizace, kultivace pozemku, přípravy sadby přes vegetaci a ošetřování rostlin až po samotnou sklizeň a následné ošetření hlíz. Část práce se věnuje regulaci škodlivých činitelů pomocí bioinsekticidů, rostlinných extraktů či pěstováním brambor v polykulturách (intercroping). V praktické části je zhodnocena možnost využití obsevů z pohanky, ovsa a směsi (hořčice, svazenka, pohanka a slunečnice) jako prostředek pro snížení náletu mšic do porostů brambor. Z dosažených výsledků lze konstatovat, že použitý obsev měl vliv na výskyt mšic a jeho konkrétní účinek bude daný druhem použitých rostlin v obsevu či jejich směsí. Farmers working by the organic farming system are, according to valid legislation, required to use preferably certified ecological planting material. According to the zero offer of those products present this Bachelor work evaluate the possibility of seed potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.) in organic farming system. The most common reason of not accepting planting material is the medical condition, that is affected during the entire production process. Most prominent problem is incidence of viral diseases in the mother crops, that are mostly transmitted by aphids (Aphidoidea). Recommendation for successful planting of seed tubers is a complex of preventive measures along with the whole process from its zoning, land cultivation, potato seed preparation through the vegetation and plant care to the harvest process and subsequent treatment of tubers. Part of the work is devoted to the regulation of harmful agents using bioinsecticides, plant extracts or growing potatoes with the use of intercroping. The practical part evaluates the posibility of growing buffer strips with the use of buckwheat, oats and mixture of plants (mustard, phacelia, buckwheat and sunflower) as a possibility to reduce flight activity of aphids in potato fields. Obtained results may indicate an influence of border crop to incidence of aphids and its specific effect could be caused by kind of buffer strip plant or its mixtures
