Cílem diplomové práce bylo bližší prozkoumání biotopových nároků skokana štíhlého (Rana dalmatina). Sběr dat probíhal v letech 2007 až 2010 a 2015 celkem na 27 lokalitách Hornojiřetínské výsypky. Zkoumány byly následující faktory: hloubka, ve které jsou snůšky kladeny; vzdálenosti mezi jednotlivými snůškami; vzdálenost snůšek od břehu; typ umístění jednotlivých snůšek, či zda jsou kladeny v litorálu nebo nikoli. Dále sklon břehů zkoumaných lokalit a míra jejich oslunění. Pro porovnání, zda celkový počet snůšek na lokalitě může či nemůže ovlivnit minimální vzdálenost mezi jednotlivými snůškami, byl použit Mann Whitneyho neparametrický test. Z výsledků se dá usuzovat, že skokan štíhlý pro kladení snůšek preferuje alespoň částečně osluněné lokality s dostatkem litorální vegetace a mírným sklonem břehů. Hloubku nádrže preferuje spíše mělčí, ovšem je nutná přítomnost hlubších partií pro přezimování. Z výsledků Mann-Whitneyho neparametrického testu se v tomto případě nedá jasně potvrdit, že by celkový počet snůšek na lokalitě nějak výrazně ovlivňoval vzdálenosti nejbližších sousedních snůšek, respektive, že by vyšší počet samců na lokalitě zmenšoval hájené teritorium každého z nich a naopak. The aim of the thesis was to further explore the habitat requirements of lean frog (Rana dalmatina). Data collection was conducted in 2007 to 2010 and 2015, a total of 27 locations Hornojiřetínské dump. Depth shallower reservoirs prefers, however, requires the presence of deeper parts of the winter. From the results of a Mann-Whitney non-parametric test in this case is not clearly confirm that the total number of clutches on the location somehow significantly affect distances closest neighboring broods, respectively, that the higher the number of males in the location dwindled defended territory of each of them, and vice versa.
