Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením finanční situace vybraného podnikatelského subjektu PROMAT CZ spol. s r.o. v letech 2010-2014. Informace o stavu finančního zdraví podniku je získána za pomocí aplikace různých metod, modelů a ukazatelů finanční analýzy. První část práce je zaměřená na charakteristiku základních pojmů finanční analýzy, důležitých metod a ukazatelů, které jsou následně využity v části praktické. V navazující praktické části je nejprve společnost představena. Je zde nastíněn předmět podnikání a její historie. Na základě poskytnutých účetních výkazů je zpracována finanční analýza za využití horizontální, vertikální a poměrové analýzy. Z výsledků horizontální a vertikální analýzy je patrné, že podnik využívá k financování své vlastní činnosti zejména vlastní kapitál a není tedy zatížen dluhy. Následná poměrová analýza vyhodnotila podnik jako lehce překapitalizovaný. Firma by se tedy měla zaměřit na efektivnější hospodaření s krátkodobými finančními zdroji. Na základě výpočtů bonitních a bankrotních modelů se podnik dá označit jako bonitní a není tedy v nejbližší době ohrožen bankrotem. Z celkové finanční analýzy vyplynulo, že je podnik PROMAT CZ spol. s r.o. dlouhodobě stabilní a prosperující společnost. The bachelor thesis focuses on evaluation financial situation of chosen enterprise PROMAT CZ spol. s r.o. for the years 2010-2014. Information about the condition of financial health of the company will be got effectively through the application different kinds of methods, models and indicators of financial analysis. The first part of the thesis focuses on characteristics of basic terms related to financial analysis and her important methods and indicators, which will be used next in the practical part of this work. Firstly, in the subsequent practical part are introduced company, her line of business and history. The financial analysis itself is processed by using horizontal, vertical analysis and analysis of ratios based on the financial statements. The horizontal and vertical analysis has shown that the company uses especially an equity capital to finance their own tasks and that is not endangered by any debts. Follow-up analysis of ratios has assessed the company as slightly overcapitalized. For this reason the company should focus on improving the management of short-term financial resources. On the basis of calculation of solvency and bankruptcy models the company can be described as being solvent and not endangered by insolvency in the near future. The complex financial analysis shows that the PROMAT CZ spol. s r.o. is long-term stable and affluent company.
