Bakalářská práce se zabývá realizovanými společnými zařízeními pozemkových úprav v katastrálních územích okresu Cheb. Teoretická část je zaměřena na společná zařízení pozemkových úprav. V úvodu je čtenář seznámen s pojmem pozemková úprava, je popsán vznik a historie pozemkových úprav na území České republiky. Dále je charakterizován předmět, obvod a jejich forma. Čtenář je seznámen se společnými zařízeními pozemkových úprav, jejich financováním a údržbou. Jsou mu přiblížena společná zařízení, rozdělená do kategorií opatření ke zpřístupnění pozemků, protierozní opatření pro ochranu zemědělského půdního fondu, vodohospodářského opatření a opatření k ochraně a tvorbě životního prostředí. Praktická část této práce se zabývá zdokumentováním a zaznamenáním výsledků do Katalogu společných zařízení pozemkových úprav. Jsou zde z několika hledisek zhodnocena společná zařízení pozemkových úprav. Součástí výsledků je vyhodnocení dotazníku. This diploma work deals with Common arrangement organization of land adjustment in cadastral area of Cheb District. The theoretical part is focused on common arrangement organization of land adjustment. At the start, the term land adjustment is introduced to the reader. The formation and history of land adjustment on Czech Republic territory is described. Furtheron, the subject, district and their form are characterized. Common arrangement organizations of land adjustment, their financing and maintenance are introduced to the reader. The common arrangement organizations that are devided into cathegories of arrangement organizations for making the land available, anti-corrosive arrangements for agricultural land fund, water management and arrangements for enviromental protection formation are introduced. The practical part of this work deals with documenting and recording the results into the Catalogue of common arrangement organizations of land adjustment. The Common arrangement organizations of land adjustment are being assessed from several points of view. Evaluation of a questionary is a part of the results.
