Bakalářská práce Vliv médií na trávení volného času mládeže má za cíl zjistit, kolik času věnuje mládež médiím a jak média trávení času ovlivňují. Pro lepší pochopení tématu bude práce zkoumat i činnosti, které mladí lidé nejčastěji dělají na počítači nebo pořady, které nejčastěji sledují v televizi. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. V teoretické části budou vysvětleny základní pojmy jako například média, jejich typy a funkce, mediální teorie, mládež, volný čas. Teoretická část slouží k lepšímu orientování v tématu. V praktické části bude použitý kvantitativní výzkum, protože téma bakalářské práce vyžaduje velký objem dat, ze kterých se dají získat reprezentativní výsledky. Za typ sběru dat bude použit dotazník, pomocí kterého se práce bude snažit odpovědět na výzkumné otázky. This bachelor thesis is dealing with the topic of the influence of media on the leisure activities of the youth and it aims to discover how much time young people are spending with media and how they influence their leisure time. For the better understanding of the topic the thesis is analyzing the activities that young people are doing on their computer or the tv shows that they are watching on television. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is explaining the meaning of certain terms that are used into the thesis such as media, types of media, functions of media, media theory, youth or free time. Theoretical part serves as a knowledge base for the better understanding of the topic. Due to the large volume of data that are required to get all information needed, the quantitative research is used in the practical part. For the data collection the thesis is using a questionnaire through which the thesis is trying to answer the research questions.
