Cíl práce: Cílem diplomové práce bylo na základě analýzy historického vývoje lidské společnosti zjistit změny v nutriční strategii člověka a jejich následky v současné postindustriální společnosti. Záměrem práce bylo upozornit na možná rizika těchto změn na zdraví člověka. Metody práce: Jako zdroj informací jsem použila prostudovanou odbornou literaturu a vytvořenou anketu. Výzkumný soubor ankety byl složen z odpovídajících respondentů. Výsledky jsou prezentovány pomocí tabulek a grafů prostřednictvím funkcí v programu Excel. Výsledky práce: Konečné výsledky jsou interpretované na základě prostudované odborné literatury a získaných informací prostřednictvím mnou rozeslané ankety respondentům. Analýza historických souvislostí příčin a následků ve vývoji nutričních strategií lidské společnosti, umožní predikovat stravovací návyky i zdravotní rizika pro člověka v 21. století. Objective: The aim of the thesis was based on an analysis of the historical development of human society to determine changes in human nutrition strategy and its consequences in contemporary post-industrial society. The intention of the study was to highlight the potential risks of these changes on human health. Methods of work: As a source of information I used studied literature and created a poll. The research group survey was composed of respective respondents, of which was the assumption that they have the experience, knowledge of the so-called. Paleolithic diet. The results are presented in tables and graphs using the functions in Excel. Results of work: Final results are interpreted on the basis of studied literature and information gathered through the survey respondents were sent out to me. Analysis of the historical context of cause and effect in the development of nutritional strategies of human society, will allow predicting dietary habits and health risks for humans in the 21st century.
