Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem finanční analýzy podniku. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. Nejprve se zabývá teoretickým popisem jednotlivých metod a ukazatelů, a v druhé části jsou vybrané analýzy aplikovány na vybranou společnost, kterou je CMS s.r.o. V praktické části je nejdříve charakterizována společnost, její historie působení a čím se vlastně zabývá. Následně na to je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza na účetních výkazech za období 2010-2015. Poté jsou vypočteny vybrané ukazatele rentability, likvidity, aktivity, zadluženosti a čistý pracovní kapitál. Jejich výpočty jsou doplněny o tabulky a grafy, aby byl snadněji čitelný jejich vývoj v daném období. V závěru analýzy jsou provedeny bankrotní a bonitní modely, kterými konkrétně v této práci byly Index IN05 a Kralickův Quick test. Podle zhodnocení bonitního modelu bylo zjištěno, že společnost se sice v posledních dvou letech řadí do tzv. šedé zóny, kde nelze přesně určit finanční situaci firmy, ale podle výsledků Indexu IN05 vyplývá, že společnosti hrozí jen malá pravděpodobnost bankrotu. Následně na to jsou vyhodnoceny veškeré výpočty, jejich příčiny a důsledky, a pokud jsou některé hodnoty z hlediska finančního zdraví pro společnost neuspokojivé, tak jsou navržena doporučení na zlepšení. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of a business financial analysis. It is divided into two parts, where the first part focuses on theoretical description of individual methods and indicators, while the second part deals with the way selected analysis are applied to a specific company, which is CMS Ltd. The practical part first describes the company, its history and its function. Furthermore the thesis shows the application of horizontal and vertical analysis of financial reports from 2010 to 2015. After that, selected indicators of profitability, liquidity, activity, indebtedness and net working capital were calculated. In addition, the calculations were accompanied by tables and graphs to make it easier to recognize the development in a certain period. Towards the end of the analysis were performed bankruptcy and creditworthy models, specifically Index IN05 and Kralicek's Quick Test. Based on the evaluation of the creditworthy model, in the last two years the company has fallen into a so-called "grey zone", where it is impossible to accurately determine the financial situation of the company, however, based on the results of the Index IN05, the company is only at a low risk of bankruptcy. Finally, all the calculations are evaluated, as well as their causes and effects. If some values are financially unsatisfactory for the company, then recommendations for improvement are offered.
