Předmětem bakalářské práce Finanční analýza vybraného podniku je finanční analýza podniku Hájek a Boušová spol, s.r.o mezi lety 2010 - 2014. Veškeré údaje pro výpočty jsou čerpány z výročních zpráv společnosti. Na základě zjištěných údajů za pomocí metod finanční analýzy je provedeno hodnocení finanční situace společnosti. Z horizontální a vertikální analýzy vyplývá, že podnik především používá dlouhodobý hmotný majetek, který je financován dlouhodobým a krátkodobým cizím kapitálem. Analýza poměrových ukazatelů signalizuje, že firma se dostala do úpadku. Nízká výše čistého kapitálu, vysoká zadluženost, problémy v oblasti likvidity jsou symptomy finanční krize společnosti. V roce 2010, 2011 a 2013 skončil výsledek hospodaření se ztrátou. Během sledovaného období společnost zažívá expanzi, která měla nepříznivý dopad na hospodaření podniku. Z výsledků finanční analýzy společnosti lze vyčíst, že rozšiřování společnosti ohrožovalo její existenci. Stabilizace finanční situace se nastává na konci analyzovaného období. Z finančního hlediska by měl franchising zaručit bezpečnější podnikání a možnost expandovat. The bachelor thesis entitled The financial analysis of selected company comprises a financial analysis of company Hájek a Boušova, spol. s.r.o. during the years of 2010 to 2014. All data are drawn from the annual reports of the company and used as a basis for calculation. To assess the financial statement of the company were*used*methods of financial analysis. Horizontal*and*vertical analysis show that the company uses tangible assets, which is financed by long-term and short-term foreign capital. Ratio analysis shows that the company had a financial crisis. Low higher net capital, high debt levels, liquidity problems are negative symptoms, which indicate that the company was in the financial trouble. During this period the company had an expansion, which had an adverse effect on economic activities of the company. The results of the financial analysis of the company show that the company's expansion put at risk of existence of the company. In 2010, 2011 and 2013 company showed a loss of net income. Stabilization of the financial statement came at the end of the analyzed period. Franchising should guarantee a safer business and the chance to expand.
