Cílem práce je posouzení strategických variant možného rozvoje pivovaru Tambor s využitím disponibilních kvantitativních metod systémové analýzy. Práce je realizací dohody o spolupráci daného objektu a ČZU v Praze. The goal of the work is considering strategical options of possible development of Tambor brewery with usage of available quantitative methods of system analysis. The work is execution of agreement of given object and University of Life Sciences in Prague.
