Bakalářská práce analyzuje výběr užitkového vozu pro firmu Autoservis K prostřednictvím zvolené metody operačního výzkumu. První část práce tvoří teoretická východiska, kde je popisována historie, podstata a rozdělení operačního výzkumu. Další částí teorie je podrobnější zpracování vícekriteriální analýzy variant, jelikož tato disciplína bude použita v praktické části. Vlastní práce popisuje kritéria, podle kterých se užitkový vůz vybírá. Následně jsou stanoveny aspirační úrovně a odstraněny varianty, které úrovně nesplňují. Pro stanovení vah kritérií je použita Saatyho metoda párového porovnání a pro výběr kompromisní varianty je aplikována metoda bazické varianty. V závěru je vybrána nejvhodnější varianta, která je podniku doporučena ke koupi. The thesis analyzes the commercial vehicle selection for the company Autoservis K through specific methods of operational research. The first part literature review where is described history and distribution operations research. The basic part of theoretical review is detailed description of multi criteria decision making because this discipline will be used in the practical part. Practical part describes the criteria for the commercial vehicle chosen. Subsequently the aspiration levels are set up and insufficient alternative are eliminate. To determination of the criterion weights are based on Saaty paired comparison method (Saaty matrix). For final decision of compromise alternative is applied the basic variants method. In conclusion, the best alternative is selected. This alternative is recommended to buy the company.
