Diplomová práce s názvem Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti ochrany a zdraví při práci v obecné rovině. Následně je práce přesunuta do roviny školství a bezpečnosti ochrany zdraví v mateřských školách. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část, která je tvořena literární rešerší, shrnuje obecné poznatky, které byly získány ze studia odborné literatury. Jedná se především o definice pojmů či práva a povinnosti zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatelů. Následuje shrnutí poznatků, týkajících se oblasti školství a úrazů dětí v mateřských školách. Na tuto část navazuje praktická část, která se zabývá rozborem konkrétních čtyř mateřských škol. Nejprve je uvedena charakteristika jednotlivých mateřských škol, jejímž cílem je zjištění předností, ale i nedostatků, dále je proveden krátký standardizovaný rozhovor s ředitelkami mateřských škol, které se s problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví setkávají nejvíce. Poté je provedeno srovnání s platnou právní úpravou. Za každou mateřskou školou následuje návrh na odstranění nedostatků. V závěru jsou všechny mateřské školy zhodnoceny. My thesis titled Safety and protection of health at work deals with the issue of security protection on general level. Next part of the thesis is focused on school level and occupational safety and health in nursery school. My thesis consists of two parts. First theoretical part is made up literary recherche which contains general information, that were obtained from the study of literature. It is about concept definition, rights and obligations of employees and employers. After that is summary of information about the education and injures of children in nursery school. Secondary part is focused on practical examples. There are analyses of four specific nursery schools. First is the characteristic of the individual nursery schools, which aims to detected strengths and weaknesses. After that is a short standardized review with directors of the nursery schools, who have experiences with safety and health. Then it is compared with the current legislation and every nursery school will receive a proposal to eliminate the deficiencies. Closure of the thesis includes evaluation of the nursery schools.
