Bakalářská práce navrhuje tři varianty zateplení rodinného domu o zastavěné ploše 148m2. V teoretické části práce jsou analyzovány různé možnosti použití tepelných izolací s důkladným popisem jejich technických vlastností. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou tyto varianty zateplení rodinného domu seřazeny od nejlevnější varianty s velkou energetickou náročností po variantu s vyšší počáteční investicí ale s minimální energetickou náročností.Jednotlivé varianty jsou porovnány na základě několika parametrů. První část výpočtu řeší komplexní posouzení skladby stavební konstrukce z hlediska šíření tepla. Druhá část výpočtu se věnuje analýze energetické náročnosti a průměrného prostupu tepla u jednotlivého typu zateplení. Cílem této práce je posouzení vyšší počáteční investice do zateplení z důvodu snížení tepelných ztrát budovy,což by spělo k brzké návratnosti počátečních nákladů. There are designed three types of thermal insulation of family house which covered 148 m2. Different possibilities of thermal insulation usage and technical specifications are analysed in the theoretical part of the thesis. The option swith the different type of thermal insulation are put in following order. The cheapest one with low energy efficiency is the first option andthe building with higher initial costs andhigh level of the energy efficiency is last option. Every option of building insulation is compared on the basis of few parameters. The fist calculation deals with complex analysis of the construction influenced by heat transfer. The second part of calculation specifies the analysis of Energy Performance of the designed building and thermal transmittance for each defined type of thermal insulation of the designed buildings. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to consider the higher initial costs invested to the thermal insulation due to lower operating costs, which helps sooner recovery of investment.
