Cílem této bakalářské práce je výběr mobilních telefonů pro zaměstnance vybrané společnosti za pomoci metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování. První část práce se zabývá obecnou problematikou vícekriteriální analýzy variant, metodami stanovení vah kritérií a metodami výběru kompromisní varianty. Tato část se zaměřuje především na Saatyho metodu, metodu váženého součtu a metodou AHP, které jsou v druhé části práce aplikovány v praxi. Druhá část je tvořena případovou studií, která je nepřímo rozdělena na dvě části. V první části případové studie je uveden popis společnosti Staropramen, s. r. o., postup výběru mobilních telefonů ve společnosti a popis požadovaných parametrů. Druhá část případové studie je věnována simulaci výběrového řízení a aplikaci metod váženého součtu a metody AHP na vybrané mobilní telefony. V závěru jsou společnosti doporučeny vhodné metody, které lze aplikovat na různá výběrová řízení. The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to help select mobile phones choice for company employees using multiple criteria decision-making methods. The first part of this thesis focuses on general multiple criteria decision-making processes, criteria determination methods and compromise option choice methods. This part deals with Saaty's matrix, the sum approach method and AHP method in detail, which are applied in the second part of this thesis in practice. The second part consists of A case study which is indirectly divided into two parts. The first part of the case study contains a description of Staropramen, s. r. o., the procedure for selecting mobile phones used by the company and a description of the required parameters. The second part of the case study focuses on simulation of the selection process and application of the sum approach method and AHP method. In the end of this Bachelor's thesis suitable methods are recommended which can be applied to a general selection process in the Staropramen company.
