Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou okolí odvětví pivovarnictví a vývojem základních ukazatelů formujících toto odvětví. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy jako trh, tržní struktura, odvětví a pivo. Obsahuje též stručný popis výroby piva a historického vývoje, jímž od jeho vzniku prošlo. Praktická část je rozdělena na dva hlavní tematické celky. První část je věnována vývoji na trhu s pivem, jsou sledovány údaje o výstavu, spotřebě, exportu, importu a ceně piva. Významné změny ve vývoji ukazatelů jsou okomentovány a doplněny o příčinné souvislosti. Druhou část tvoří analýza vlivů mikrookolí a makrookolí, jež na pivovarnictví působí. Makrookolí je popsáno pomocí PEST analýzy, mikrookolí poté Porterovým pětifaktorovým modelem a ukazateli koncentrace a růstu odvětví. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky o struktuře odvětví a hlavních změnách, které na pivním trhu v posledních letech proběhly. This Bachelor thesis studies the environment of the Czech brewing industry environment and the development of indicators that shape this sector. The theoretical part defines terms such as market, market structure, sector and beer. It also includes a brief description of the brewing and its historical development. The practical part is divided into two main units. The first unit is devoted to the beer market development. Firstly, this unit analyzes production, consumption, price, imports and exports of beer. Secondly, it describes significant changes in the development of the industry and provides some causal link. The second one analyzes how micro and macro environments affects the brewing industry. The macro environment is described using the PEST analysis. The Porters five forces analysis and the indicators of industry concentration and growth are used to describe the micro environment. The conclusion summarizes findings about the industry structure and the major changes that occured in the beer market in recent years.
