Cílem této práce je popsat charakteristické vlastnosti povodně, především pak příčiny a následky povodně v roce 2002. Popsat důvody a možnosti protipovodňové ochrany. Charakterizovat různá protipovodňová opatření, která jsou běžně používána. Především pak zaměření na mobilní protipovodňová opatření. Správné budování hrází z pytlů s pískem a možnosti využití těchto hrází. Budování a možné využití hrází z nafukovacích tubusů systému Tiger Dam. Charakteristiky a budování hradících stěn z lehkých slitin. V neposlední řadě pak popsat provedená protipovodňová opatření na území Roudnice nad Labem. Hlavní přínos práce spočívá v posouzení jednotlivých možností mobilních protipovodňových opatření. Posouzení jejich kladů a záporů a vhodnosti použití v různých situacích. The aim of this work is to describe the characteristics of floods, especially the causes and consequences of flood in 2002. Describe the ways and means of flood protection. Characterize the various flood protection measures that are commonly used. Especially focus on mobile flood protection measures. Proper building of sandbags dams and the possibility of using these dams. Building dams and possible use of inflatable tubes of Tiger Dam System. Characteristics and building alloy barrier walls. Finally, to describe the flood control measures implemented in the territory of Roudnice nad Labem. The main contribution of this thesis is to assess the individual capabilities of mobile flood protection measures. Assess their strengths and weaknesses and suitability for use in different situations.
