Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem nezaměstnanosti ve Středočeském kraji. Literární rešerše vymezuje pojmy související s problematikou nezaměstnanosti a makroekonomickými zákonitostmi trhu práce. Tato část práce je zpracována na základě studia odborné literatury. Vlastní práce pak popisuje vývoj nezaměstnanosti ve Středočeském kraji v období od roku 2005 do roku 2014 a současně analyzuje příčiny tohoto vývoje. Tato část práce je zpracována na základě dat z Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí, Ministerstva financí, úřadů práce a Českého statistického úřadu. Dílčím cílem práce je porovnání vývoje nezaměstnanosti kraje s vývojem v celé České republice, což je provedeno prostřednictvím srovnání jednotlivých struktur nezaměstnanosti. Další část práce se zabývá vývojem nezaměstnanosti ve vybraných okresech kraje rovněž v letech 2005 - 2014. V práci je pro lepší znázornění využito grafů a tabulek. Každá část práce obsahuje rovněž prognózu dalšího vývoje. Závěr práce je věnován současnému řešení nezaměstnanosti ve Středočeském kraji a nalezení případně možných řešení tohoto sociálně-ekonomického problému na území kraje i v rámci celé republiky. This bachelor thesis deals with the unemployment rate develompent in the Central Bohemian Region. First part of the thesis defines terms related to unemployment and labour market and is based on studing professional literature. Practical part of the thesis describes the develompent of unemployment rate in the Central Bohemian Region since 2005 to 2014 and it also analyzes the reasons of it. All data used in this part are taken from Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Ministry of Finance, employment offices and the Czech Statistical Office. A fractional aim of this writing is to compare the unemplyoment rate develompent between the already named Central Bohemian region and the rest of the Czech Republic. This is performed through the fractional structures of unemployment. Another part of the thesis deals with unemplyement rate development in selected areas of the Central Bohemian Region since 2005 to 2014. Many figures and tables are used in this thesis for better ilustration There is also shown the forecast of a possible future development of unemployment rate in every section The conclusion of this bachelor thesis is dedicated to current soulution of unemployment in the Central Bohemian Region and it also suggests other possible solutions to this problem in the Central Bohemian Region and Czech Republic.
