Existuje celá řada faktorů, ovlivňujících poptávku po službách hotelů. Výběr a spokojenost návštěvníků také ovlivňuje prestiž hotelu, která ze své strany může ovlivnit postoj klientů, postavení na firmy trhu a její image.Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou faktorů, působících na rozhodovací proces zákazníků v oblasti hotelnictví, a otázkou, jak návštěva, setkání nebo komunikace s VIP osobou může ovlivnit budoucí poptávku hotelu. Cílem práce je otestovat faktory rozlišující segmenty trhu pro zvýšení obratu vytížením a propojením procesů ve vybraném hotelu. There are a number of factors affecting demand for the services of hotels. Selection and satisfaction of visitors also affects the prestige of the hotel, which can also affect the attitude of clients, company market position and its image. This thesis analyzes the factors involved in the decision making process of customers of the hotel and how visits, meetings or communications with the VIP persons may affect future demand of the hotel. The aim of this work is to test the differentiating factors of market segments to increase sales capacity utilization and linking processes in selected hotel.
