Cílem této diplomové práce bylo stanovení intervalu výměny motorového oleje u skupiny traktorů. V teoretické části je popsána zejména oblast mazání vozidlových motorů a problematika použití motorových olejů v praxi. Intervaly výměny byly stanoveny pomocí tribotechnické diagnostiky ze shromážděných vzorků motorového oleje z traktorů. V laboratoři byla provedena analýza vzorků a zjištěny hodnoty dominantních parametrů, které ovlivňují opotřebení oleje. Na základě aplikace trendové analýzy byly stanoveny referenční hodnoty úrovní degradace oleje. Po provedeném vyhodnocení a diskusi výsledků byly stanoveny výměnné intervaly oleje pro sledované traktory. Na závěr bylo provedeno vyhodnocení výsledků a vysloveno provozní doporučení. Součástí práce je i ekonomické vyhodnocení. The aim of this diploma thesis was determination of tractor engines oil drain interval. In theoretical chapters is described theoretical background of the field of engines lubrication and issue of use of motor oils in practice. The drain intervals were determined using a tribotechnical diagnosis of collected samples of a motor oil from tractors. The analysis of the samples were processed in a laboratory and the dominant parameters that influence the wear of the oil were detected. On the basis of the application of a trend analysis were determined the reference values of the levels of oil degradation. After taking the evaluation and discussion of the results were defined oil drain intervals for the tractors. At the end there was made an evaluation of the results and operational recommendations. The thesis includes also an economical evaluation.
