Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodnou variantu nákupu osobního automobilu za pomocí metod vícekriteriálního rozhodování pro dva zadavatele. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé metody a postupy vícekriteriální analýzy variant použité v práci. V praktické části je řešen rozhodovací problém. Pro sestavení kritérií a přidělení preferencí jsou použity myšlenkové mapy a Saatyho matice. Pro řešení výpočtů jsou využity metody aspiračních úrovní, pořadí, váženého součtu a TOPSIS. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny výsledky metod a vybrány vhodné varianty osobního automobilu pro zadavatele. The aim of this thesis is to propose a suitable alternative buying a vehicle using the methods of multi-criteria decision for two clients. The thesis is divided in to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part will explain the individual methods and procedures for multi criteria analysis variant used in the work. In the practical part is solved the decision problem. To build the criteria and allocation preferences are used mind maps and Saaty matrix. To solve calculations using the methods of aspiration levels, ranking, weighted sum and the TOPSIS. In the conclusion are evaluated results of methods and selected a suitable alternative of vehicles for clients.
