Bakalářská práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na správní řízení v oblasti přestupkového řízení na úseku dopravních agend. Jde zejména o získání orientace v problematice správního řízení s teoreticko-aplikačním zaměřením v oblasti dopravních přestupků. Seznámení se systematikou a právní úpravou přestupkového řízení. Praktická část následně posuzuje celou fázi průběhu přestupkového řízení vybraných úkonů v kontextu aplikace správního řádu. Práce je doplněna o analýzu dopravních přestupků a rozbor dopravní nehodovosti. Snahou bude nejen identifikovat, ale i zhodnotit příčiny dopravních přestupků. Na základě zjištěných výsledků bude hodnocena aplikace teoretických poznatků právní úpravy správního řízení v průběhu přestupkového řízení. Bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical part of the administrative procedure in misdemeanor proceedings in the field of transport agendas. This is particularly the acquisition of orientation in the field of administrative proceedings with the theoretical and application orientation in the field of traffic offenses. Familiarization with the structure and regulation of offense proceedings. Practical part assesses the whole stage during offense proceedings of selected tasks in the context of the application of the Administrative Code. The work is supplemented by an analysis of traffic violations and analysis of traffic accidents. The effort will not only identify, but also to evaluate the causes of road traffic offenses. The findings will be evaluated by the application of theoretical knowledge of legal regulation of administrative proceedings in the course of the offense proceedings.
