Námětem této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza společnosti NDA s.r.o. Její vyhodnocení, za pomoci dat z účetních výkazů společnosti a na základě vybraných metod finanční analýzy zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku a v případě odhalení nedostatků navržení vhodných řešení pro nápravu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou celků. První část je věnována teorii, která se zabývá principy finanční analýzy a zdůvodnění její důležitosti pro podnik. Druhá část práce je věnovaná rozboru podniku NDA s.r.o., pomocí vybraných metod finanční analýzy a zhodnocení jejího zdraví v letech 2011-2014. V závěru je uveden souhrn dosažených výsledků a návrh vhodného řešení ekonomických problémů společnosti, jelikož analýza odhalila velké nedostatky v hospodaření firmy a její schopnosti uplatnit se na trhu s náhradními díly pro motorová vozidla. The topic of this bachelor paper is financial analysis of a company called NDA s. r. o. This analysis was based on financial statements of NDA s. r. o. The results of used methods are aiming for finding, whether the company in question is financially healthy and in case of a problem, the paper will try to find a solution. The paper is separated into two parts. The first part is oriented on theory of the financial analysis and its importance for a business. The second part includes financial analysis of NDA s. r. o., using chosen methods and concluding results of those methods. The analysis si based on data from 2011 to 2014. The end of the paper includes the outcome of the study and a proposed solution to the economical issues of the company, since the analysis uncovered large shortcomings in economic results, as well as its ability to adapt on the market of parts for motorized vehicles.
