Diplomová práce se věnuje identifikaci faktorů, které měly vliv ve sledovaném období 2008 - 2014 na finanční výkonnost největších univerzálních komerčních bank v Polsku, Slovinsku a Maďarsku. Teoretická část je zaměřena na studie zabývající se danou problematikou v bankovních sektorech jiných zemí. Dále je zde popsáno bankovní podnikání v zemích, jimiž se diplomová práce zabývá. v praktické části je sledován vývoj faktorů vnitřního a vnějšího pro-středí daných zemí a bank. Za pomocí korelační a regresní analýzy je identifikován vztah mezi finanční výkonností a vybranými faktory. Finanční výkonnost je vyjádřena ukazateli ROAA a ROAE. Součástí práce je i komparace zjištěných výsledků s již provedenými studiemi. The diploma thesis deals with identifying factors that influenced financial performance of the largest universal commercial banks in Poland, Slovenia and Hungary in the period 2008-2014. The theoretical part focuses on studies dealing with this topic in the banking sectors in other countries. Furthermore, there is described a banking business in countries with which the thesis deals. The practical part follows a development of factors of internal and external environment in Poland, Slovenia, Hungary and selected banks. a correlation analysis and a regression analysis are used to identify a relationship between financial performance and selected factors. Financial performance is expressed by indicators ROAA and ROAE. The thesis also includes a comparison of the obtained results with other studies.
