Tato práce se zabývala přirozenou obnovou borovice lesní (Pinus sylvestris L.) v genové základně 105, kterou obhospodařuje Lesní družstvo Vysoké Chvojno. Na území byly hodnoceny současné postupy obnovy lesních porostů, pro exaktní výsledky bylo zvoleno pět obnovovaných porostů. V jednotlivých plochách byly vytvořeny dva typy zkusných ploch. U prvního typu zkusné plochy byly měřeny jednotlivé parametry (celková výška, délka posledních dvou přírůstů, průměr kořenového krčku, délka jehlic) a dále byly posouzeny znaky jedinců (barva jehlic, tvar koruny, odchylka od osy kmene, tvar kmene). U druhého typu zkusné plochy byla zjištěna prostorová struktura a hustota zmlazení. V poslední části práce byl proveden výpočet finančních nákladů pro přirozenou a umělou obnovu porostů The mentioned thesis was engaged in Scotch pine natural regeneration (Pinus sylvestris L.) in genepool reservation 105 which is administrated by Forest cooperative Vysoké Chvojno. The current procedures of forest regeneration were assessed on this area. Five regenerated forest stands were selected for obtaining exact results. The two types of research plots were established in particular plots. In first type of plot were measured various parameters (total height, the last two increment diameter, root collar diameter, needles length) and features of individuals were evaluated (needles colour, crown shape, deviation from stem axis, trunk shape). In the second type of probed plots was investigated natural regeneration spatial structure and density. The financial costs calculation for natural and artificial forest regeneration was performed in the last part.
