Tématem bakalářské práce je rekodifikace občanského práva a její vliv na spotřebitele v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní používané pojmy a srovnává předcházející a současnou právní úpravu této oblasti. Ze zjištěných změn se snaží analyzovat vliv na spotřebitele v cestovním ruchu. Praktická část se zabývá dotazníkovým šetřením z důvodu zjištění vědomí spotřebitelů o těchto změnách. Subject of this bachelor thesis is recodification of civil law and its impact on consumers in tourism. The theoretical part explains the basic used concepts and compares previous and current legislation in this area. From the observed changes is trying to analyse the impact on consumers in tourism. The practical part deals with questionnaire because of discover consumer's awareness about these changes.
