Nedílnou součástí vzdělávání a praxe je supervize. Je nástrojem propojení teorie s praxí a integrace osobnosti s profesí. Zahrnuje složku podpůrnou, kontrolní a vzdělávací. Supervize tudíž plní v procesu deinstitucionalizace nezastupitelnou roli. Publikace byla vytvořena Národním centrem podpory transformace sociálních služeb v rámci projektu Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí ČR "Podpora transformace sociálních služeb". An inseparable part of educatong and practise is supervision. It is a tool of connecting theory with practise and integration of individuals with profession. It includes supporting, supervisory and educational areas. Hence supervision fulfills an irreplacible role within the process of deinstitutionalization. The publication was created by The National Centre for Support of the Transformation of Social Services through the project of The Czech Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs "Support of Transformation of Social Services".
