Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice demografického stárnutí populace a jeho vlivu na udržitelnost financování zdravotního systému v České republice. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné modely zdravotních systémů a taktéž fungování zdravotního systému v ČR. V praktické části jsou zjištěny příjmy a výdaje zdravotních pojišťoven v souvislosti s budoucím složením obyvatel a dále popsány návrhy řešení, jak možné budoucí situaci zamezit. The bachelor thesis deals with the question of demographic ageing of population and its consequences for sustainable financing of the Czech health system. The theoretical part describes the general schemes of the recognized health systems and also the operation of the health system within the Czech Republic. The practi-cal part deals with the incomes and expenses of particular insurance companies in relation to the future demographic composition. The author further suggests various solutions to limit a particular development.
