Výsadby bezu černého v České republice, na rozdíl od zahraničí, neodpovídají jeho významu. Tomu odpovídá i nedostatek literárních zdrojů. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sledování patogenů rodu Sambucus. Uveden je seznam a popis původců chorob a škůdců bezu černého. V letech 2012--2013 byl na lokalitách Botanická zahrada a arboretum Mendelovy univerzity v Brně a ve Veleboři u sledován výskyt chorob a škůdců bezu černého. Na obou lokalitách byl zaznamenán pouze slabý výskyt houby Cercospora depazeoides (Desm.) Sacc. (1878) a mšice Aphis (Aphis) sambuci, a na lokalitě ve Veleboři třásněnky rodu Thrips, pravděpodobně Thrips sambuci. V průběhu sledování převládalo suché počasí a z tohoto důvodu bylo napadení rostlin velmi slabé, ochranná opatření se neprováděla. Planting of elderberry in Czech Republic, unlike abroad, do not reflect its importance. It correspond with lack of literary resources. The thesis is focused on monitoring of pathogens of genus Sambucus. The list and description of diseases and pests originators is presented. In years 2012 and 2013 in locality Botanical gardens and arboretum Mendel University in Brno and in Veleboř was monitored elderberry diseases and pests occurrence. On both localities was registered only light occurence of fungus Cercospora depazeoides (Desm.) Sacc. (1878) and aphid Aphis (Aphis) sambuci and on locality Veleboř the thrips, probably Thrips sambuci. During monitoring period dry weather dominated and for these reason the infection was rather slight, protective measures was not done.
