Bakalářská práce řeší možnosti podnikání v maloobchodě v městysi Nedvědice v sortimentu potravinářského a drogistického zboží, domácích potřeb, zahradnických potřeb a stavebnin. Teoretická část práce přibližuje maloobchod a maloobchodní síť, členění a umístění maloobchodních jednotek, spotřební zboží a komunikaci maloobchodů se zákazníky. Práce charakterizuje podnikání ve vymezených sortimentech zboží a podnikání v maloobchodě na základě živnostenského zákona. V praktické části práce je zpracována analýza současného stavu vybraných ukazatelů maloobchodních prodejen v městysi Nedvědici. Na základě výsledků provedeného dotazníkového šetření je zpracován podnikatelský záměr na zřízení maloobchodní jednotky se sortimentem stavebnin a jsou navržena opatření k jeho realizaci. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné poznatky. This bachelor thesis portrays business opportunities in retail trade in assortment of foods, chemical goods, household items, gardening supplies and building materials in the town of Nedvědice. The theoretical part provides insight related to retail and retail networking, the classification and the location of retail units, and also about consumer goods and retail communication with customers. The thesis characterizes business in the defined range of goods and the retail business under the Trade Licensing Act. The analysis of the present state of selected retail stores in the town of Nedvědice is further described in the practical part of this thesis. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, business plan for setting up a retail unit with an assortment of building materials is processed, and also measures for its implementation are suggested. The findings are summarized in the closing part of this bachelor thesis.
