Kadubec, Václav. Motivační systém servisní organizace pro finanční poradce a možnosti jeho úprav směrem ke zvýšení motivace a loajality zaměstnanců. Brno, 2014. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivačním systémem firmy ABC, a.s. a možnostmi jeho zlepšení. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny nejznámější teorie týkající se motivace, vysvětlen rozdíl mezi vnitřní a vnější motivací a popsány vybrané motivační prvky používané na území ČR. V praktické části práce je popsán současný motivační sys-tém společnosti a pomocí dotazníků a rozhovorů s klíčovými manažery firmy jsou zjištěny jeho slabá místa. Poté jsou navrženy změny v motivačním systému a pro-počítán jejich ekonomický dopad na firmu. Výsledná doporučení budou předložena firmě k jejím potřebám. Kadubec, Václav. The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation system of the company ABC,a.s. and the possibilities of its improvement. The work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the most famous theories on motivation, explains the difference between internal and external motivation and describes selected motivational elements used in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the current incentive system. Weaknesses of the system are identified by using questionnaires and interviews with key executives of the company. Then the changes in the system are proposed and the economic influence on the company is calculated. The resulting recommendations will be submitted to the company for their needs.
