Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem fiskálních pravidel jako nástroje fiskální disciplíny. V práci jsou stanoveny požadavky na kvalitní fiskální pravidlo a popsány druhy používaných fiskálních pravidel spolu s jejich silnými a slabými stránkami. Hlavním cílem práce je ze zjištěných poznatků navrhnout vhodné fiskální pravidlo pro veřejné finance České republiky. The bachelor thesis deals with the fiscal policy rules as an instrument of the fiscal discipline. In this work are determined the requirements for good fiscal policy rule and described the types of fiscal policy rules with their strengths and weaknesses. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is an application of the knowledge from the literature to suggest suitable fiscal policy rule for public finances of the Czech Republic.
