Cílem práce je navrhnout doporučení dalšího rozvoje sociálního podnikání v sociální firmě Kolibřík. Dále analýza vize, poslání a konkrétní činnosti této sociální firmy. Dílčím cílem práce je charakteristika sociální ekonomiky a sociálního podnikání v České republice a v Evropské unii. The aim of this thesis is to propose recommendation for development of social enterprise concept in Kolibřík the social enterprise. The other objectives are analysis of vision, mission and particular activities of this social enterprise. Also, the thesis focuses on characterization of social economy and social enterprise in the Czech Republic and European Union.
