The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the process of establishing a non-profit organization in the field of corporate social responsibility. In the thesis will be evaluated the current situation of the non-profit organizations in the field of corporate social responsibility in the Czech Republic. The theoretical background of the bachelor thesis will be done using current literature and other information. The establishment will be evaluated using the SWOT analysis and according to the current needs will use relevant analytic tools. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat proces, kterým se zřizuje nezisková organi-zace v oblasti sociální odpovědnosti firem. V práci bude zhodnocena aktuální situ-ace neziskových organizací v oblasti sociální odpovědnosti firem v České republice. Teoretická část bakalářské práce bude provedena pomocí aktuální literaturu a jiných informací. Založení bude hodnoceno pomocí SWOT analýzy a podle ak-tuálních potřeb budou použity i příslušné jiné analytické nástroje.
