Hlavním cílem projektu je objektivizace problémů v oblasti BOZP včetně identifikování rizik, zmapování a analýz stávajících bariér i příležitostí k časově delšímu profesnímu uplatnění osob starších 50 let a navržení opatření ke zvýšení kvality pracovního života seniorů a osob starších 50 let, pro lepší vyhovění jejich zájmům, potřebám i možnostem, ke zvýšení celkové variability možností pracovního uplatnění této cílové skupiny. The solved project “OSH and risk Factors of workers 50 and over – elderly workers in the working process with the suggestions on measures on resort and enterprise level” is aimed at the design of proposed ways, methods and means for creation work conditions contributing to the occupational safety and health of older age groups workers, to surmount present and possible future discrimination persons over 50 on the labour market, to extend their work activities, to enhance their flexibility and attraction for employers. The most important is to identify opportunities and motivation and stimulation instruments for solving the situation both on the side of the state, employers and a focus group.
