Práce se věnuje procesu řešení daňových sporů na území Evropských společenství. Popisuje daňové řízení v České republice a fungování Evropského soudního dvora. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení procesu řízení o předběžné otázce dle zvolených kritérií. This thesis deals with solving tax disagreements process within the European Community. It describes the Czech tax procedure and the role of European Court of Justice. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the reference for a preliminary ruling process based on the chosen criteria.
