Tématem této diplomové práce je problematika německých daní a jejich dopad na české subjekty exportující do Německa či investující v SRN. Cílem této práce je poskytnout českým podnikatelům užitečné aktuální informace o systému daní, které jsou v Německu uplatňovány, a uvést základní výpočty daňového zatížení, jež by jim usnadnily orientaci ve složitém systému německých daní. Český exportér se zde také dozví informace o jeho povinnostech souvisejících se vstupem na německý trh. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí, přičemž první část zahrnuje první dvě kapitoly zabývající se vývozem ČR do Německa a investičními toky do SRN. Jsou zde rovněž uvedeny základní kroky, které je třeba uskutečnit při vstupu na německý trh, například při zakládání podniku v Německu, a další obecné informace týkající se exportu do SRN či způsobů investičního vstupu na tento významný trh. Druhá a třetí část práce se částečně prolínají. Druhá část zahrnuje třetí kapitolu upravující harmonizaci daní v rámci EU a čtvrtou kapitolu o jednotlivých německých daních, která se však prolíná se třetí částí. Je zde uveden i způsob výpočtu některých daní, čímž jsem chtěla přispět ke zjednodušení a snadnější orientaci v již poměrně složité daňové problematice. Poslední část je věnována praktickému užití daňového systému SRN a ČR, čtenář zde nalezne několik praktických případů zdanění, přičemž některé jsou opět aplikovány na početních příkladech. Při zpracování této práce jsem z důvodu častých změn v oblasti daní čerpala především z německých a českých internetových zdrojů a právních předpisů, které představují nejaktuálnější zdroje informací. My diploma thesis is focused on German taxation and the impact on Czech subjects exporting or investing in Germany. The aim of my diploma thesis is to provide Czech enterpreneurs with useful and current information about the taxation system applied in Germany and give basic tax burden calculations in order to facilitate orientation in such complicated system. In addition to this, it also provides information about exporters' obligations related with entering the German market. The thesis is split into three major parts. The opening part contains two chapters dealing with export and investment flows from the Czech Republic to Germany. The thesis also outlines the basic steps to be carried out when entering the German market, for instance when founding a company in Germany as well as other general information related to export to Germany and ways of investment access to this major market and investment activities. The other two parts of the thesis are thematically overlapping. The second part includes the third chapter focusing on the tax harmonization process within the European Union and the fourth chapter on particular German taxes which is thematically linked with the third part. The second part also gives some tax calculation methods in order to facilitate orientation in these quite complicated tax issues. The last part deals with the use of German and Czech tax systems in practice. It gives some practical taxation examples, some of them applied on maths calculations again. Due to frequent changes in the field of taxation I mainly used Czech and German internet sources and current legal regulations.
