Bakalářská práce se zabývá prezidentskými dekrety z období 1940 -- 1945. Analyzuje kontext vzniku těchto dokumentů a dále zkoumá dekrety, které se dotkly německé (maďarské) menšiny a ovlivnily tak jejich životy. Zbývající prostor je vyhrazen pro porovnání česko-německých zahraničních vztahů a prezidentských dekretů, kde je zkoumán vliv dekretů na utváření zahraničních diplomatických vztahů mezi Českou republikou (resp. Československem) a Německem. The bachelor thesis deals with the presidential decrees of the 1940-1945. It analyses the context of the creation of these documents and then observes decrees, which influenced german (hungarian) minorities and then their future lives. The resting parts are based on the comparison of the Czech- German international relations and presidential decrees, where the influence of the decrees on the formation between the Czech republic (or Czechoslovakia) and Germany is observed.
