Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci a připravit podklady pro ocenění podniku Rudolf Jelínek a.s. mezi roky 2006 - 2010. Společnost má v České republice hlubokou historii a zabývá se zejména výrobou ovocných destilátů. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to metodické části a praktické části. V metodické části popisuji, jak budu postupovat v části praktické. Na závěr jsem shrnul výsledky získané v provedené analýze a vyhodnotil finanční situaci společnosti a její fungování v budoucnosti. The objective of my bachelor's thesis is to valorize the financiaal situation and to prepare materials for the valuation of the Rudolf Jelínek a. s. company during years 2006 and 2010. The firm has a deep history in Czech republic and its main interest is producing fruit spirits. This work is mainly consisted from two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I'm describing how I am going to proceed in the practical one. In the end I've summarized the acquired results of the analysis and evaluated financial situation of the company and its future progress.
