Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve skupině ELTODO EG, a.s., identifikovat přednosti a nedostatky uplatňovaných zásad a postupů, popřípadě navrhnout lepší nebo alternativní řešení. Celá práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol, z nichž první tři zahrnují teoretickou část a zbylé čtyři praktickou část. The main aim of this bachelors work is analyzing recruitment process in company ELTODO EG, a.s. Aim is to identify advantages and deficiencies on applied procedures and suggest better or alternative solution. The whole work is divided into seven chapters which first three chapters are theoretical and remaining four chapters are practical.
