Tato práce se zabývá komparaci podmínek založení malých a středních podniků v České republice a Moldavsku. Práce se skládá ze dvou části. První část zahrnuje vysvětlení základních pojmů v podnikání a popis obecných rysů každé země. Druhá část se zabývá detailním popisem nutných kroků pro založení podniku v České republice a Moldavsku na příkladě společnosti s ručením omezeným. Cíl bakalářské práci je porovnání podmínek vzniků malých a středních podniků ve dvou ekonomicky různých zemi. This thesis deals with the comparison of the requirements for the formation of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic and Moldova. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part comprises an explanation of the main business concepts and a description of the general characteristics of both countries. The second part deals with the detailed description of the required steps for the establishment of an enterprise in the Czech Republic and Moldova on the example of the limited liability company. The goal of the bachelor thesis is the comparison of the conditions of formation of small and medium enterprises in two economically different countries.
