Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou stavu BOZP ve společnosti MIZ Olomouc s.r.o. Cílem je na základě teoretických poznatků zhodnotit aktuální stav v organizaci, identifikovat nedostatky a navrhnou nápravná opatření. V legislativní rovině se zabývá skutečností, jsou-li dodrženy stanovené právní předpisy. V práci jsou vysvětleny nejrůznější teoretické pojmy, které se k oblasti BOZP vážou, soustředí se také na oblast právních předpisů a programů. Dále informuje o přístupech k řízení BOZP v podniku (např. Bezpečný podnik, BS 8800, OHSAS 18001 aj), institucích a programech v oblasti BOZP. The goal of this thesis is to judge Health and Safety Management system in the company MIZ Olomouc s.r.o. It states fulfilling lawful requirements in this area. In a theoretical part of the thesis there is clarifying of general terms, programs, management standards (Bezpečný podnik, BS 8800, OHSAS 18001 etc.), legal regulations and institutions of HSMS.
