Teoretickým východiskem práce bude vymezení Světové zdravotnické organizace (WHO) a programu ZDRAVÍ 21, jenž je doporučením pro jednotlivé evropské státy, jak zlepšit zdraví svých občanů. V ČR byl tento program přijat vládou v rámci celé ČR i v rámci jednotlivých regionů. Práce se bude především zabývat implementací programu v rámci jak celé ČR, tak i v konkrétních podmínkách kraje Vysočina. Theoretical way out of my work will be determination of the World Health Organization and the programme ZDRAVI 21 which is recommended for individual European states how to improve health of their citizens. This programme has been accepted by the government within the whole Czech Republic even in terms of individual regions. My thesis will be mostly dealed with implementation of the programme within both the whole Czech Republic and particular conditions of the Vysocina region.
