Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou regulačních poplatků a jejich vlivu na financování zdravotnictví České republiky z dat, které byly dostupné k 31.7.2009 Práce se dělí na 2 části. První kapitola nejprve charakterizuje podstatu regulace a zdravotnických statků z ekonomického pohledu, dále posuzuje důvody pro zavedení regulačních poplatků a vliv vybraných faktorů na zdraví populace. Druhá část se zabývá dopady zavedení regulačních poplatků v českém zdravotnictví. Je zde nastíněna problematika přetížení, solidarity mezi relativně zdravými a vážně nemocnými. This study is focused on the analysis of regulatory fee and its impact on the financing of health care system of the Czech Republic. The study consists of two parts. The first chapter describes the principles of regulation and the medical service from the economical point of view. Furthemore, it evaluates the reasons for regulatory fee and the impact of chosen factors on the health of population. The second part considers the influence of regulatory fee in Czech health care system. The problematics of solidarity between relatively healthy and seriously ill people is also mentioned there.
