Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat současný systém zaměstnaneckých výhod ve společnosti Raiffeisenbank a.s. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem zaměstnanecké výhody, poté popisuje a člení jednotlivé zaměstnanecké výhody z hlediska významnosti jak pro zaměstnance, tak pro zaměstnavatele. Hlavním záměrem navazující praktické části je analýza systému zaměstnaneckých výhod pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky šetření mají za cíl poskytnout pohled na význam zaměstnaneckých výhod a na preference zaměstnanců v této oblasti. The aim of bachelor's work is the analysis of the current system of employee benefits in Raiffeisenbank a.s. The theoretical part of the work defines the concept of employee benefits, describes and classifies the individual employee benefits in terms of significance for both the employee and the employer. The main purpose of the practical follow-up analysis is the system of employee benefits by using questionnaire survey. The results of the examination are designed to provide insight into the importance of employee benefits and preferences of employees in this field.
