Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice pojištění pracovních úrazů. V úvodní kapitole jsem nastínila historický vývoj tohoto pojištění a dále jsem rozebrala pracovní úrazovost v ČR do roku 2007. V navazující kapitole je rozebrán současný přístup řešení pojištění pracovních úrazů, jsou zde uvedeny klady i zápory této úpravy. V poslední kapitole se zabývám možnými přístupy řešení současné situace a na závěr jsem navrhla vlastní řešení pojištění pracovních úrazů. The bachelor thesis deals with the work injury insurance. In the first chapter I outlined the historical develepement of this kind of insurence and analyzed the statistics about the work injuries in the Czech Republic in the year 2007. The following chapter contains the current aproach to solving the work injury insurance and the positives and negatives of this system. In the last chapter I discuss the possible approaches in solving the current sittuation and at the end I tried to propose my own solution to the work injury insurance.
