Apartment building in Lanškroun

This bachelor thesis concerns the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Lanškroun. The aim of the thesis is work out a layout of the building and design a suitable construction system. Design documentation complies with valid standards and regulations. The program AutoCAD was used for processing. The proposed building has three storeys and a partial basement. The apartment building has 8 flats and one of them is designed for a barrier-free. The vertical refit works above ground are designed as clay masonry, masonry consists of permanent formwork in the basement. Horizontal ceiling structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The apartment building is covered warm flat roof. The building is based on foundation strips.
Sports Centre

The content of the master´s thesis is new building sports hall of ball sports. This building has contains no cellar and three above-ground floors. In ground floor, there are playing area, changing rooms, relevant functional facilities including utility rooms. The first floor is completely reserved for spectators, there are tribune for sitting spectators, gallery for standing spectators, hygienic rooms and buffet for spectators. In the third floor, there are rooms for VIP spectators, briefing room, head office of sports hall including conference room, spaces for TV transmission, hygienic rooms and utility room. Object is based on concrete foundation pads and strips foundation. Structural system of the object is combination of column system from cast-inplace reinforced concrete and wall system from brickwork. Floor structures over above the first and second floor are designed as castin- place reinforced concrete, floor structure above the third floor is folded from wood beams. Loadbearing structure of roof is system of glue laminated timber girders, roof cladding is mechanically anchored.

Diploma thesis deals with the design documentation of hotel building in the village of Dolní Lomná. The aim of the work was to create a unit that will be used for accommodation and catering of the guests and will not disturb the surroundings. The building was designed as a three-storey building. The hotel is devided to an operational part for staff, catering and accommodation for guests. The capacity of the beds is 32. The hotel is designed as a brick construction system. Roofing is as a saddle roof made of wooden truss above the 3rd floor. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains the textual evaluation of the construction of the hotel, the second part consists of the project documentation itself. The project documentation includes architectural and layout design, drawing up of building drawings, design of a fire safety solution of the building, basic thermal technical assessment.
