The Creative Centre Brno-Cejl

The main purpose of this project is reconstruction former penitentiary for a Creative Centre. The lokation is in Brno, between Cejl streer, Bratislavská street and Soudní street. The main idea of this project is „make the place with incubators for young architects, creativ persons and designers. The building program is adapted to the historical essence and construction and technical situacion of this building. There are designed spaces for their creations, exhibions, distributions and auctions of their artistic products. The idea of concept contains too the space for lectures, workshops, seminars, courses and untraditional educational projects, visual and acustic and different productions. There is too the possibility of short-term accommondation in attic. The part of this object is reserved for dancing lessons. All these spaces are designed for a rent. There are designed too new entrance spaces, parking places, technical equipment and facilities. The inseparable part of this project are inner atriums, entrance spaces and contunuity on public street spaces and communications. The complex of Creative centre is without mobile roofing and without covered passages. The main idea of this complex is to preserve the main square mass with the central wing, and is to clean up the less historical insignia extensions of the Cejl street and of the Bratislavská street. From the constructional poit of view consists this buiding two aboveground floors with used attic. The attic is coved with gabled roof made of interlocking tiles. The complex is based on stone basis with bearing wall made from full of burnt brick. The ceilings are made of wooden beams with arches of full of burnt brick. At the present the complex is without permanent using. The part of this complex was sold in personal property. Family house in Chorvátský Grob

Bachelor thesis contains project documentation of a two storey family house with a partial basement. It is a detached house situated in a residential area in Chorvatsky Grob. This family house is designed for four people. The layout is of an irregular shape which resembles the letter ‚L‘. The ground floor and the first floor are connected with an inner rounded U-shaped staircase. In the basement there is a hall which leads to a storage room, a workshop room, a laundry, and to a gym with a separate bathroom. On the ground floor there is a hall, an entrance to the garage, a bathroom, a guest bedroom, a kitchen and a dining, and a living room. Furthermore, there are two outside terraces, which connect the garden with the house. Both terraces can be accessed from the living room. One of them is accessible from the guest room, the other one from the kitchen. On the first floor there are two children‘s bedrooms which lead to the winter garden. There is also an office, a bathroom and a master suite with a dressing room. The gabled roof is constructed under a 40° angle copying the layout of the house. It also has got two dormers. The outer roof is made of concrete Tondach tiles. Basement perimeter walls are made of formwork Prescot Max blocks (250x400x500mm). Floor perimeter walls are made of concrete Ytong Theta blocks (1,8-300 499x249x300mm). The vertical interior load-bearing walls are made of concrete Ytong blocks (P2-400 300x249x599mm). The vertical interior non-load-bearing walls are made of concrete Ytong blocks (P2-400 300x249x599mm). The ceiling constructions are made of traditional ceiling beams desgined by Ytong. Our ceiling is formed by various Ytong beams and inserts (P4-500 599x200x249mm).

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to design and elaborate project documentation for the construction of a building with a design office in the cadastral area of Mikulovice near Pardubice. It is a two-storey, partly basement detached house, which with its layout corresponds to the conditions of the building operation. The family house is designed for a four-member family. On the first underground floor there is a toilet + bathroom with a technical room and a gym. On the ground floor there is a project office that is designed for the owner of the house, a kitchen, a living room, a guest room with its own dressing room, a workshop connected with a garage. On the second floor there is a residential part, consisting of 3 rooms and a studio. The construction system of the building is designed from the POROTHERM system with an ISOVER GREYWALL external contact insulation system with a thickness of 120 mm. The vertical supporting perimeter structures of the 1st floor, the 1st NP and the 2nd NP will be wired from the POROTHERM 30 P + D. The internal bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P + D and the POROTHERM 19 AKU and POROTHERM 11,5 PROFI are used for non-load-bearing masonry. The external plaster is a water-repellent CEMIX FLEXI thin-film plaster grooved with a grain size of 2 mm in light gray. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The roof is double-pitched with the roof tiling in black colour of TONDACH Hranice 11. The plastic doors and windows are designed in the colour of grey ane white; the garage has a section door also in the grey colour. The flooring has been chosen according to the type of usage of each of the rooms, i.e. ceramic flooring and laminate floor. The subject of this thesis is the design and construction of a residential building and a bank which forms part of the building, based in Komin within the city of Brno. The building occupies a rectangular ground space. The residential building has one underground floor, three above-ground floors and a saddle roof. The construction is based on concrete foundation girders, the vertical and horizontal structures are designed from the Porotherm system. This project was developed using AutoCAD software. The focus during development was on layout solutions, architectural appearance, static requirements and safety of use.
Block of flats, Újezd u Brna

This work deals with a new building – block of flats on land no. 1799/1, 1800/1 cadastral Újezd u Brna, region Brno - venkov. This building contains 15 individual flats. The object is geometrically divided on central part with gabled roof and 2 side parts with hip roof. Slopes of roofs 10°. Building is designed as three-storey object without a cellarage, whence all three storeys are residential . The building is accessible from local road and it is possible to park a car next to the object in new-build parking place. Residential rooms are positively rotated to south and ventilated naturally. All the residential rooms are exposed to direct day light. Sidewalk and hard surface are treated as concrete and scrubbed pavement. Construction peripheral bearing masonry, interior bearing masonry and cross buntons effected from ceramic breeze-block POROTHERM. Ceilings plates are made of reinforced concrete. Staircase are made of reinforced concrete as well.

The subject of the thesis is a design of a two storey family house without basement with a hairdresser´s salon. The building is situated in the middle of the Poříčí u Litomyšle, c.a. Poříčí u Litomyšle. The living area of the house dedicated for permanent living is suitable for 6 people. The hairdresser´s salon is designed for one person. The entrance to the building has wheelchair access. There are 2 parking spots, one is designated for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The building is based on strip foundations which are placed in a frost line. The bricked construction system is made of polished ceramic blocks Heluz. The house is insulated by a contact system from EPS. Internal partition walls and the ceiling structure are also made of the system Heluz. Roofing of the building above the 1st over ground floor is solved by a single-layer green flat roof. The gabled roof above the 2nd over ground floor is made of trussed girder. The design of the house includes a garage designated for two cars. The thesis includes seminar work which evaluates constructions from the point of view of thermal technology and acoustics.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of a house for dwelling and business, designed for a four member family. The house is situated in the region Královéhradecký, town Nové Město nad Metují, cadastral district Nové Město nad Metují, situated on 685/5 building plot. The building is designed as a brick building with ISOVER insulation system, with KM Beta Sendwix vertical supporting structure and SPIROLL seiling panels - the horizontal supporting structure. The house has a saddle roof of 22° and the walkable flat roof that forms the top of the garage. The construction of the oblique roof consists of wooden components forming the construction framework. This building has 2 floors. In the first floor there are rooms for daily needs with business room on the right side, the second floor includes the private rooms for the owners.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is newly built family semidetached house in Horni Becva. The semi – attached house is a separate residential object on the flat land. The building has two floors and is basementless. The object comprises two detached housing units with garage. Outer, interior load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls are designed from masonry system of the company KB-Blok. Ceilings are made using pre-stressed ceiling panels Spiroll. The house is covered with a gable roof, roof slope is 31°. Garage is covered with a flat roof.

The building is located on a flat terrain and is consists of two floors. There is the guest house located on the first floor and on the second floor there is owner`s flat. The wall is made of brick system POROTHERM, ceiling construction is made of POT beams and ceramic inserts MIAKO. The building is covered with a gable roof.
