Suggestion of change to processes in the selected organization

The thesis is focused on analysis and change suggestions of selected processes in Local Action Group (LAG) Království -- Jestřebí hory, o.p.s. These processes follow projects realized in LAGs' region via specific subsidy program. Organizations' processes are based on established methods which were the base for studying and modelling processes in BPMN notation. In case of significant differences between the theory and real applied methods, there are suggested changes and there are appropriate representation in models. The other part of the thesis includes the suggestion of project office and the new diversification of responsibilities for selected processes among the workers. The asset of the thesis is the comparison of theory and real practical approach that is based on consultation in LAG. Models of processes are the main output that will LAG apply in the process of forming new strategic plan for the next period.
Impacts of the implemented projects of the local action group Chance in Nature into development of villages

The aim of my thesis "Impacts of the implemented projects of the local action group Chance in Nature into development of villages" is to assess impacts of the particular projects MAS Chance in Nature into development of the chosen village. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are generally solved problems of the local action groups as one of possibilities of gaining financial means from the European Union and also problems of regional policy which shall prevent to diversify regions in socioeconomic matter. Practical part of thesis is aimed to the particular already implemented projects with the point to impact which they have had for a particular sphere. In the very end of this thesis there are mentioned possible views for implementation of projects in the progamme period 2014 2020.
The importance of implementation of a regional brand for a Local Action Group

The first part of the thesis focuses on the description and functioning of regional policy not only in the Czech Republic, but also in the Europian Union. Regional policy focuses on regions and cities in the Europian Union, encourages their economic growth and improves the quality of their inhabitants´ lives using strategic investments. It also informs us about the formation and processes of Local Action Groups and the description of Ficher designing. This part of the thesis gives a reader important information on regional brands in Europe and the ones connected with the selected region. The second, practical part of the thesis, focuses on Hluboká nad Vltavou and Lišov regions. A survey based on the results of numerous questionnaires regarding the level of economic entities´ awareness on regional branding of a selected region has been conducted. Regional branding is important for promotion of the particular region and its products. The results have been evaluated and possible solutions and inovations in the area of regional brand promotion have been suggested.
Support programs in Podblanicko area

This study is focused on utilization of programs supporting the Podblanicko area. This study summarizes these programs. The objective was to evaluate the utilization of support programs usable for area Podblanicko and assess the proposed changes in the programming period 2014 2020. Purpose appropriate support programs for the area. The introductory part sums up the basic theoretical concepts related to this topic. The main part is focused on the characteristics of the selected area, assess the current condition of utilization support programs, benefits for the area, the design of appropriate support programs for the programming period 2014 2020. The find was actually proposed three appropriate support programs for the investment project of the micro-region Podblanicko.
Marketing of agritouristic farms in the Benesov region

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the current situation of selected agro-tourist farms Benešovsku in terms of their structure, collaboration with local action groups (LAGs), the method and the effectiveness of their marketing. The theoretical approach was the study of literature, including Internet resources. The theoretical part were subsequently confronted with the information obtained in the empirical part - conducted interviews with the owners and operators of agro-tourist farms in the monitored region and representatives of local action groups. Based on the information and suggestions in the final part of the thesis formulated recommendations. The aim to optimize the marketing strategy of agro-tourist farms Benešovsku.
Local Action Group Rakovnicko and its importance for the regional development

The introduction of this thesis themed "Local Action Group Rakovnicko and its importance for the regional development" focuses on the questions of the beginning a development of European's cooperation. In context of entry Czech Republic into the European Union handles this thesis about the birth of native regional policy and actual conditions of pumping European funds. Separate theme is the meaning of method LEADER for the development of rural regions in the Czech conditions and community effort to establish the cooperation with private sector based on local partnership. The Local Action Group Rakovnicko tries to apply the mentioned method and forms for small communities needed background and conditions. The aim of this thesis is to create a project for small town of Jesenice, which is focused on the development of tourism.
Subsidies distribution process simulation as a part of LEADER strategic plan

LEADER method is European Policy of Economic and Social Cohesion's tool that focuses on a rural development. LEADER program is a part of Program for Rural Development which Ministry of Agriculture has responsibility of in the Czech Republic. Method LEADER is used by Local Action Group which is a community that associates delegates of public and private sector. One of Local Action Group's goals is distribution of subsidies received from the EU funds and national programs. The main goal of this thesis is construction of a simulation model that demonstrates whole process of subsidies distribution. Analysis of received applications for subsidies and usage of grant from applied allocation should be created by the simulation. Based on obtained results changes are implemented in the model that can improve process of subsidies distribution.
Development of Rakovnicko and support of business partnership throughout the microregion.

The presented thesis deals with the development of microregion Rakovnicko with regard to the area of tourism. The main objective of the study was to find out what kind of options has the surveyed region for supporting business activities in the field of tourism. The operational objective was to describe the limits of business development in this area. The objectives were obtained through analysis of the state of particular business support tools. The analysis covered the past and the current state of support tools, and the final conclusion was drawn within each of them.
Contibution of Local Action Group beyond the terms of Strategic Plan LEADER within the Czech Republic.

This diploma thesis deals with the theme of Local Action Groups. It focuses principally on comparison of various Local Action Groups in Czech Republic in terms of their activities beyond the Strategic Plan LEADER. The issue of Local Action Groups and their activities beyond the Strategic Plan LEADER is elaborated more in detail in the second part of the theses and there is also described results analysis and proposition of corrective procedures and recommendations.
Criteria for evaluation and selection of projects under the RDP in South Bohemia

The aim of this study was the analysis and subsequent evaluation of the current system of evaluating applications for grants under the Rural Development Program, specifically Axis IV. LEADER. In parallel with this work is to describe the administrative process of applying for grants, strategic plan LEADER and scope of activities of the Local Action Group. The result of a design of 3 new evaluation criteria, which, when implemented, eliminate the analysis of the shortcomings currently complying with the principles of EU regional policy.
