BIM model – Tomkovo náměstí in Brno

The subject of this thesis is to show implementation of BIM in linear structures such as roads. In this case there was a normal 2D project, which I must convert to 3D model, using programme Civil 3D. For non-graphical information, standard from SFDI was used at its highest level of documentation that time (PDPS level). After finalizing all graphical and non-graphical information, part of the model was later converted in 5D model, adding cost and schedule. This thesis is supposed to show application of BIM in linear structures such as roads and point out problems from software side such as norms and methodology.
Impact of 3D modelling on road design

This diploma thesis is based on creating a 3D model focused on transport constructions. The aim of the thesis is to find certain advantages and disadvantages in different design approaches. The theoretical part compares the difference between the 3D model and the BIM model, the advantages and difficulties of modelling and the use of the model in practice are pointed out as well. The practical part of this work includes the transformation of chosen road constructions and existing enginerring network from the 2D to the 3D model. The main source is already existing drawing document in DPS level which serves as the basis for this thesis.
Change in the Value of Land Parcels due to Newly-built Liner Buildings

This thesis aims at clarifying the relationship between the value of the plot and the optimization, modernization or construction of a new line structure, especially a large scale line structure such as a railway or a road. This thesis was written in order to determine more precisely the total amount for the purchase, rental, and setting-up of easements on the plots affected by the construction. Upon calculating the budget price all the factors affecting the value of the plot are not emphasized now. Thus, the aim is to match the budget price as closely as possible with the financial resources which were actually spent. In most cases these structures fall under the category of “structures in the public interest”, and so they comply with respective legal regulations. What is essential is the database of affected plots whose value changes depending on the change of their use, character, and attractiveness based on the respective legal regulations. The thesis attempts at obtaining as much information as possible on the behaviour of the plot owner and construction investor from a large database of affected plots, and to cover the development of the value affected by the construction both in positive and negative terms.
Assessing the Convenience of Establishing an Easement for the Utility Lines in a Line Construction

The aim of thesis was evaluate consistituion of service linear constructions. In literature search are analyse civil, energetic and expropriation law problems from position of distribution companies. Expropriation relating to construction lines (particularly under the Energy Act and the Electronic Communications Act.)

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the problematics of expropriation by construction lines in the area of energetics and telecommunications, which are considered to be strategic net branches of industry. Expropriation itself is regarded as an utmost intervention in the law of property, whose guarantee is secured with the highest legal power in the constitutional order of the Czech republic. As far as the structure of this thesis is concerned, it is divided into three main chapters described as following: The first chapter deals with basic definitions of the key words of this work, namely: construction, construction line and expropriation. Construction can be perceived in the sense of not only Civil code, but also Building act and it is crucial to differ these two regulations one from another. Construction line seems to be the source of a wide range of complications due to the fact that there is no legal definition of this term in the Building act. It should be taken into serious consideration to define this term in the future. The term of expropriation has two different meanings in the czech legal system, the first meaning represented by the widely acknowledged legal theory, the second one expressed in the key regulation of this institute - the Act of expropriation. Analysis of document management on constructions managed by company PRAGOPROJEKT, a.s.

The subject of the thesis is an analysis of the current unsatisfactory state of document management used on constructions which are managed by PRAGOPROJEKT, a.s. and also a proposal for its improvement. The aim is to propose a solution that will meet all requirements of the specific environment on constructions. Also the solution must be undemanding on software and hardware equipment, economical and easy to operate. The thesis describes the existing document management system, defines the most important groups of documents including requirements for their management. Based on this analysis is then designed improvement which consists of modification of the current system and equipping construction supervisors with tablets. Thesis is divided into three main sections. First section examines document life cycle's environment, second section maps types of documents and current management system and the last suggests a new solution.
